When service is SO good that you feel inspired to go write a review about it, you know you've found a great business. From start to finish I was fully impressed with these guys' professionalism and customer service.
I recently got rear ended by some clown. His insurance asked me to go to these guys to get a repair quote.
I happened to be in the Sunnyvale area a couple days later, so I showed up, *without an appointment*, about 10 minutes after they had already closed. Not only was the estimator Mike more than happy to take a look at the damage after he'd closed, he even knew who I was.. "Hi, no problem, Ive been expecting you!" said dude. Nice!
He said I could drop off my car for the repair any time at my convenience. When I showed up, he already had the Hertz rental car delivery lined up for me (the insurance from the guy who hit me was paying for that, fortunately). Within moments of my showing up to drop off my car, the rental service arrived. Mike carefully explained to me exactly what he thought would need to be done, how long it would take, and was very attentive to all questions I had.
Four days later when my car was done (exactly when he said it would be done!), I again was running late. I called to let them know I was going to show up about 10 minutes after they closed. "Not a problem, we're happy to stay open for you". Wow, really?
My repair was done perfectly, exactly what was done was explained to me in detail, they had graciously washed my car for me, and there were no "surprises" or upsells.
I was already really impressed with these guys' competency and total professionalism. Two days later, when I got a call from Mike asking me if I had was happy, I knew I had to write them a review.
Based on my experience, I would confidently recommend this place for auto body repair to anyone!
