These people submit false and misleading bids, they agree to terms with city officials and fail to live up to them, they bill for work they never performed. They cause extensive damage and refuse to fix their problem. They will not return calls or personal visits. In short they are not honest people. DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM!!!
