I recently purchased a Diamante Spa Grand Canyon model. I have read some very bad reviews on this company, but I had a great experience. It did arrive a couple of weeks after promised, but the spa works perfectly and I found to be an exceptional value compared to the others I looked it. It seats 10 comfortably, but I can also use it to exercise in because the swim jets are extremely powerful. My model has 62 jets and wide range of settings for either exercising or just relaxing. The cover fits perfectly and i have had not operating issues with it since it arrived. I cannot comment on the serivce aspect of the company because I have had no reason to contact them yet. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone else looking to buy a larger type spa because it was much more reasonable than the others I looked at.
