In 2004, Do Right Drilling drilled a water well for me and installed a plastic fitting between the pitless adapter and the 30 foot galvanized steel discharge line of that well. Eventually, of course, the earth settlement along the 30 feet of the discharge line caused this plastic fitting to sheer away from the pitless adapter. When this happened, water was being pumped into the ground just outside the pitless adapter instead of into the discharge line.
I called Do Right Drilling initially for them to come diagnose the problem. They said they could not do that. So I dug down to the connection described above and discovered the exact nature of the problem. I then called Do Right Drilling again and told them exactly what had happened. They never returned my call.
The use of a plastic connection between two metal elements (the brass pitless adapter and galvanized steel discharge line) was simply shoddy workmanship. Do Right Drilling's refusal to fix their shoddy workmanship was aggravating and unprofessional.
This happened more than 60 days ago and Do Right Drilling has not responded to any of my calls.
BEWARE OF DO RIGHT DRILLING. THEY WILL DO IT WRONG AND THEN THEY WILL IGNORE YOU IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE WELL THEY HAVE DRILLED FOR YOU!
BTW, I would have rated Do Right Drilling ZERO Stars here but this site won't allow me to do that.
