Domestic Uniform Rentals - no matter where they are located are the biggest fraud company ever! They will con you into signing a "5-year" agreement - ours was signed by a receptionist - she was told that she was just accepting an order!! She is not authorized to sign anything - so what do they do? They threatened to sue our company! And the kicker is they never deliver what the invoice says - they even rip you off on the deliveries!! Just google - Domestic Uniform lawsuits - it is amazing how many people they have threatened!! They are the worst company ever - there needs to be a class action against them!
Also, Domestic will not win against you in court....Domestic fails to substantiate entitlement for lost profits. It has breached the contract by failing to continue to make deliveries or pick up its supplies in timely agreed upon manner as notified.
Also, when asked to provide original proof – Domestic will be unable to provide. Also – because Domestic deceives so many companies, they have this in the contract…”The signatory for the customer warrants that he is authorized on behalf of the customer to execute this agreement.” Questionable by court.
