Don's appliance has come to my house twice to fix my refrigerator and replaced two parts totaling over $300 because it was not cooling properly. The refrigerator is still not cooling and he never returns my calls. We believe he replaced parts that didn't need replacing. I am filing a claim in small claims court. I will have to get someone else to fix my refrigerator at additional expense. The refrigerator is only five years old.
