My boyfriend and I purchased him a phone from the DotCells.com website on march 13. We looked it over and everything seemed fine. Well I keep checking the confirmation number because it was being sent to my po box on march 20. Well to my surprise the package was sent back due to a bad address . I have had my po box for 10 years and lord knows I know the address was correct. I keep checking my account info to make sure and it was correct. I even called my post office and the package never showed up. I called the number Saturday after I talked to my post master and the machine stated the office hours were from Monday thru Friday 8-5.I also sent an email, and got a response that customer service will contact me on Monday morning(that didn't happen no one ever called). So I called them this after noon at least four times and each time the number I called on Saturday stated that it was no longer in service. So I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and to file a complaint against the company. My bank put my money back and the issue is now being investigated.
