Verizon LG EN V VX 9900 8/10 The phone was bought, sent without attachments, and the software on the phone did not work. After weeks, a new phone was sent out with same problem. Corrupt software. 10/1/10- 2nd phone returned, requesting a refund, no response. They only check inventory 1x a week, in the mean time my credit card bill is due. It's 10/15/10- and still no refund, and they claim they haven't checked to see if they even rec'd the phone yet. If a company wants to get paid on time, they should also give the refunds on time. Calling them is very difficult, min wait is 30min. They never replied to any email that I sent via their website. Will not use again.
