I just closed my first escrow with Downey Settlement Services. All I have to say is "Wow!" They really took great care of my concerns and questions. They made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and I am grateful for having been referred to them. They are completely awesome to work with. Paula, the escrow officer is so professional and caring. One great company!
