What seemed to good to be true was! Stay away from this company - they have a class action law suit against them and they refuse to return calls.
As a recently divorced mom tryingn to keep her house, modificationed to be the answer. Dunn-Russell came across as legitimate and professional and the customer serviced SEEMED excellent. Once my one main contact left the company I realized I was sunk. Noone returned my calls and I am now out 3,000.
I won't give up. I will try to get what I should have received - a refund!
Stay away from modifications unless it is through your bank. Thankfully I have not lost my home - yet. My kids have a roof over their heads and I do my best. Wish Dunn-Russell had.
