Won't touch a Collection Agency

Just got off the phone with a second rep from these guys. The first rep seemed to want to spend more time telling me why we didn't want to do business with them, was very unfriendly and was working hard not to earn our business. The second rep was a bit
more friendly and interested in engaging with me and explained all the reasons why their hands are tied and the shifting regulations from the credit card companies and mandates on the processors makes us a tough industry to provide merchant services for. We'd
love to use these guys, but it's not looking like they can help us. Be warned that you may get a different experience depending on which rep they hook you up with. Best of luck!
