I had accepted a nearby closing from them with some conditions of payment. I'm so glad I read the reviews while I was waiting for them to get back to me on deciding whether they wanted to accept my fee ($90) and quick payment conditions. I researched them while I was waiting to hear their verdict. I noticed that they had the same fax number as Dynamic Field Solutions. By this time I saw the writing on the wall. They never got back to me but I emailed them anyway telling them that I would no longer be available for the signing.
Perhaps 'Newbies' could be referred to this company to get a couple of signings under their belt, fully knowing they wouldn't get compensated but performing their job with excellence; getting good practice.
The email they solicited me with was under the company named The Dynamic Group Vendor Management Solutions. Their address was also not listed in their address anywhere on the email stationary. That's one clue ii look out for at the initial contact. And even with mom and pop title companies that were slow pay, they did not present themselves professionally in this manner either.
We must continue to pay attention to little things because they paint a bigger picture.
From now on I will not do any Signings for Signing Co.'s unless they pay me via PayPal 1st, even before I go out to the signing or secondly, they have an outstanding rating.
