I just had my worst experience at this dealer with their service department. I was not please with the service writer [HERB]. He was neglectful to assist with my problem and was anything , but professional!
If it wasn't for the service manager I would have a very [even more] unpleasant experience.
If you are a loyal customer to this establishment , I recommend that you do not give your trust to the S.W mentioned above.
