Bad Experience

I ordered a 1ct princess cut SI3 color D diamond ring from them. I expected inclusions, of course, and when it arrived it had them. I was willing to live with it but the girlfriend wanted a bigger stone. I sent the ring back two days after I received it and the received it two days after that. They then shipped me a 1.5 ct SI3 Color E-F diamond. When I received it I was extremely disappointed as the diamond was not as I expected. It appeared that it had been chipped and glued back together. Also, the size didn’t appear to be 1.5 ct, probably closer to 1 ct. I immediately sent it back for a refund the day after I received it. I was told that I would be refunded and that there were no problems. They received the ring 3 days later and issued a full refund. It's unfortunate that the diamonds I received were not what I expected but I was buying the lower end of the grading scale to save money. Perhaps a higher clarity diamond from them would have been better but my budget didn't allow me to purchase one.
