Recently we purchased a Sophia Fiori Venezia-I ring in St. Maarten for my wife's 40th Birthday. Upon arriving home, within a day or two, one of the small diamonds was missing.
When I contacted Elba/Venetian, they could not have been more helpful. I literally just received the ring today, 1 week after sending it to California for repair (I paid extra freight to get it to them). The ring looks the same as the day we bought it and the customer service was fantastic.
Thank you for helping to make my wife's birthday that much more fun as I get to give her the ring all over again!
