I have been using a Kangen water generator for 2 years now. I have experienced an elimination of muscle soreness after working out, as well as increased endurance and decreased recovery times. My wife has had her fibromyalgia disappear, my mother in laws rheumatoid arthritis is almost gone. (all swelling is gone and most of the pain) We have also used the 2.5PH the way they do in japan for my daughters eczema and have seen that go away as well.
