Received our machine 6 days ago (SD501). The service was outstanding as regards ordering and delivery. No hitches whatsoever. Machine is built to last, which I really like. And the water seems to be everything they said it would be! My wife and I have more energy and I have more 'calmness', a surprise, and we are sleeping more soundly. I have terribly dry skin, though I'm 54 years old, my hands have looked like I'm 80. Already the skin is smoothing out and looking younger - I wasnt expecting that. And this is in just under a week! (I am documenting with photos) But here's what's REALLY exciting. The real reason we got this machine was for my sister-in-law with stage 4 ovarian cancer. She has been in terrible shape, just got out of the hospital after 15 days because she kept gaining and retaining water in her abdomen. She had 20 pounds of water and her real weight has been just 100 pounds due to wasting (in other words, with the water she was 120 pounds). Despite their best efforts (DRUGS) that 15 day hospital stay got rid of only 5 pounds of water (down to 115 lbs), but it was enough for her to be released. But man, the misery in everything she did! From eating to even breathing, the water was pushing on her organs making her painful life that much worse. Okay, so after just 2 days on the water she started losing the 'bad' water in her abdomen, and now, after 6 days she has lost 4 pounds (down to 111), and this is without drugs, just the water! Furthermore, for the first time in a month she can now go to the bathroom by herself and has more energy. Her food is going down easier and staying down. She, and all of us are excited, to say the least! Oh, and she was having terribly acid reflux, but now she just takes a few sips of the kangen water and it's gone! So she's also excited because that's one less drug she has to put in her body. I will try to remember to leave another review in a month or so, but so far, it's everything we'd hoped it would be.
PS....I would emphasize to be sure to drink this water on an empty stomach. It goes right through the stomach. And what's blown my mind is how EASY this water goes down! I'm a big guy and can easily drink a pint in one breath, wait a minute and down another pint, or a quart in a minute or 2. This amazes me because we have drank RO water for 10 years, thinking it was good, but I hated drinking it, it felt heavy. I was lucky to get 2 quarts a day down, and usually just a quart. Now 3 to 4 quarts is EASY.
