Enagic USA, Inc is an outstanding company with nothing but the publics best interest at heart. Their policies and procedures are as profound as the technology of their devices. Their customer service is professional, proficient and outstanding. The negative ratings posted with the BBB for Enagic I 100% believe are unjustified and wrong.
When looking at a companies BBB rating consider all complaints filed and the validity of the complaints before passing any negative judgement on the company. In my eyes and direct experience for myself and my customers Enagic has been nothing but an A++++ company and deserves nothing less!
