took excellent care of my dog; came in on an emergency basis and only paid $65 for the fee (they mentioned this was the same as their regular hour fee; thanks for not charging $120+ like everywhere else!). my dog is safe and sound now and we have a new favorite vet to go to :) VERY THROUGH AND KIND
