Yes, NO actual legal documents will be provided, both Noble Gold and Equity Trust pretend not to understand your request and have successful delay techniques to anyone who retires with a changed address and phone, I've played over a year with Equity Trust and the continually revised requirements for their Identification. They will say "ok,...ok everything has been changed" but somehow after 2 or 3 days it mysteriously wasn't changed.
