Total dissatisfaction with product, 3-piece kit shipped with only two pieces; customer service, call center, refund refusal, denial of receipt of returned product after being issued a return authorization number and using vendor's packaging and USPS PARCEL RETURN SVC and enclosing explanatory cover letter. Call center has/had no supervisor with whom customer may speak; call center, on four occasions provided an incorrect/nonexistent e-mail address. If you attempt return, do not use their shipping label; rather start anew at post office, pay appropriate postage, and request tracking and delivery information. That is not afforded using vendor's materials; only tracks when item left your post office and your city. Be sure to check a vendor's BBB rating BEFORE placing an order.
I would assign a -zero rating.
