This company used high pressure sales techniques to seel me a contract to sell or rent my times share. I was the stupid one and gave them my credit card number and was charged $500 for the contract. Included in the contract was a 50% refund of the money if the timesahre did not rent by a certain date. Near that date I requested my 50% refund knowing that there was not enough time to rent the time share by the expiration date. They did agree to send me the refund, but it took several phone calls to get it. That was 6 weeks ago. My credti card has not received the the refund. They informed me that a company has 30 days inwhich to process the refund. I waited the 30 days. I have a copy of the refund-credited reciept, but it obviously was not processed through their bank, and is only a paper copy, but has no meaning. I called again and they said a second refund request was being processed and I would receive a fax of that receipt. I have not received that either. I have called again to ask for the CEO, but he is not available. Therefore my areview of this company is an F-. Their high pressure sales should have been a clue for me.
