At the time of this post, Farstone has a rating of "F" with the BBB. This is well deserved based on my experience with their support (or lack of). They *might* respond *one* time to any problems you are having with their products, by giving you a one-sentence solution that solves nothing. But FORGET about any follow-ups, they will ignore repeated requests for further information. Check out some of the negative reviews on Amazon.com for various versions of their DriveClone product before doing business with this company.
Not everyone will have problems with their software, but if support is important to you, I would advise against their products.
