This company is a total scam. The reps give homeowners false approvals and quote inaccurate interest rates for the Making Home Affordable government program and promise that the modification cannot be denied by their bank or lender for any reason. They demand a fee upfront, which is illegal. Tony, the owner of the company and his business associate Aric are corrupt regularly lie to consumers to satisfy their bottom line. This company needs to be forced out of business immediately.
Also, the company is doing business under the name Financialution, however, this business name is not registered in California or any other state. Their actual DBA is called "Secure Payment Solutions LLC" and that is how is is registered with the county of Orange and the state of California. It is mandatory to operate under the filed fictitious business name, not an alternative made-up one. The address that they tell clients and have registered (shown above) is not actually their place of business. They are located at 740 E Garry Avenue in the city of Orange.
