Purchased a FRAUD

Although I purchased this particular “art” 15 years ago while on a Costa Cruise Ship in the Caribbean, I recently found out the so called autographed signature is a fraud. The 11X14 picture of New York Yankee #7 Hall of Famer Mickey Mantle in the on deck circle with his autograph cannot be certified by baseball fan collectors either through PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) Authentication and Grading Services.
This was purchased with the intent to pass on to grandchildren as a collectors dream. Without the PSA grading and “certification” this is not nearly worth what I paid for it. And finding out this signature is a fraud, needless to say I am extremely disappointed with Fine Art Wholesalers.
