WORST COMPANY TO HANDLE EMERGENCIES!!!

We have home warranty with them from buying our house. Last night, 11/29/2012 at around 6 pm our kitchen flooded due to plumbing stoppage and water is gushing from the toilet in the half-bath close to the kitchen. Looked at the home warranty paperwork and it looked like they cover this so I called them around 7:30 pm and placed an emergency claim as we can not use any of our sinks or toilets. They told me that I will get a call from dispatch within the next 4 hours. I called them again 2 hours later just to check if they are working it and they said that they are and I just have to wait another 2 hours and they will surely call. They did not. I called them again at 10:30 pm and they said that their system did not get the emergency notice and that I have to wait another 4 hours and they will call me. LIES!!! How can the previous person say that they are working on it and then the next person say that their system had an error and did not report the emergency.
At 1:30 am 11/30/2012, their dispatch dept called to say that they can get a contractor here by 7:00 am and that they cannot get one immediately because its too late. IF THEY WORKED ON IT PROPERLY WHEN I CALLED, IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HARD TO GET A PLUMBER TO MY HOUSE IMMEDIATELY. IT WAS ALMOST 8 HOURS SINCE I FIRST CALLED THEM BEFORE THEY EVEN CALLED BACK IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION!!!
It's now 8:00 am and have not seen or heard from a contractor. We've been trying to hold ourselves from doing our bathroom business since yesterday. This company is the worst. I SAW A REVIEW HERE SAYING HE'S READY TO FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THEM. I'M ALL FOR IT!!!
THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS, THIS IS ROBBERY!!!
