Deceptive advertising and sales practices! Bait-and-switch! Violation of privacy laws!
The owner, Susanne Frilot, offered several options including an option to pay
for her service on a per-match basis. (She runs a personalized matchmaking
service.) We mutually agree to $75 per match. I sent her my private
information including pictures. She sells or sends my information without my
expressed written approval to another outside matchmaker who will charge me
additional money. She tells me that in order to stay with her service, I have
to pay $2000. This is very deceptive advertisting and selling practices.
Bait-and-switch. She does not appear to have a business license nor be listed
with BBB. She is also violating Federal privacy laws by transmitting my
personal information to other businesses without my expressed permission.
Finally, she did not even attempt to offer an apology.
