I had a car shipped from LA to Ny using 5 five towns auto transport. The guaranteed a pickup windows which they never kept to. After the car was picked up about 2 weeks later, they guaranteed the delivery in 10 days. It ended up taking about 3 weeks.The cost for the shipping was $950 and they promised to send out $200 worth or gas cards which they never did. They are very rude and inpolite over the phone.This is not a compnay i would trust and rely on or refer anyone to. Other feedbacks could be from friends and family to generate more business. watchout
