BEWARE!
|
I purchased a 2003 Mercedes from the dealership and I live in Louisiana. I was told the vehicle ran great. Well, the car was delivered and had to be jumped to even get it off the delivery truck. The car would not remain running so I had it towed to Mercedes of New Orleans. Mercedes informed me that the fuel pump, sender units and rear sam control unit were bad. I was also informed that the problems were mainly due to water damage and parts of the engine had standing water in it. The salesman also tried to overcharge me for the shipping and even had me send the shipping fee to him personally. I should have realized at that moment, but I don't buy cars every day. So, I had put my trust in what I was being told by the salesman. I was told that I would be sent the difference of the shipping, but have not received it yet. I spoke with; I believe his name was Chase, when I called about the problems. He told me that all mechanics are liars and cannot be trusted and that Mercedes just wanted me to pay for repairs to make money. The best part is Mercedes advised me to not fix the car because it was not worth it. In the end I was told that it was my problem and if I wanted to sue them, and then go for it. I personally would be very very careful dealing with Florida Fine Cars, because there is nothing fine about the car or the dealings I have had with them. Although to be fair, I will say that Les was extremely nice. I wish he had been in the position to help me but he could not.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
DON'T GET SCREWED LIKE I DID!!!
DEAL SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
