The overall experience with the staff at Florida Fine Cars was pleasant and relaxed. They initially did not want to allow a test drive of the vehicle. They figured a cursory viewing would be sufficient. When we asked for a test drive the dealer became a bit upset. Almost as if we were wasting his time.
The listed price was a thousand dollars less than what they wrote on the contract. They stated that the listed price would only be honored if you had exactly that amount. Listed price: $6999.00 - Price written down: $7999.00
After the signing of the contract and other paperwork, everything seemed to be going good. But we had to sit and sit and sit and wait and wait for over three hours. I assumed that they were cleaning the vehicle but the owner and the staff rebuffed that activity occurring by stating, "there are no mechanics on duty today."
One of the staff (a dealer) stated that since the loan was being established by the dealership that they are taking a very proactive approach by photographically detailing the entire vehicle just in case.
Before we left the dealership, we noticed three things wrong, (1) the left rear window did not work, (2) the windshield wipers did not clean the window properly and (3) the passenger side windshield wiper came in contact with the hood when the hood was open.
