Review 9/9/2009

Recently, Aug '09 - I purchased a BMW X 5 from Florida Fine Cars, I drove over 2 hours to pick up the vehicle, When I arrived, and to my surprise the vehicle was filthy both inside and out. The moonroof was completely off track, and other misc. items were not working. I expressed my disappointment and was pleaded with from Joe in finance and Rafael to give them another chance as there was a miscommunication on their end. They both promised to thoroughly clean the car and fix the moon roof, as well as the other misc. items that were broken. They told me that once that was complete I could drive back another 2 hours to pick the car up. I politely declined and then they offered to drop the car off where I live. I foolishly agreed to these terms, The next day early evening I received a call from Orlando??? telling me he needs gas and toll money for the delivery of the vehicle, after I declined I was given a rotten attitude and felt very uncomfortable. The very next day my wife was driving the SUV on the interstate when the sunroof suddenly detached and slammed against the roof of the car shattering almost causing a life threatening collision. The damage was considerable, at least no one was hurt. Immediately we called Florida fine cars and could not reach either Rafael or Joe in finance. After 3 days 25 calls and 15 messages with no response, our next big surprise came as the SUV broke down in the middle of a busy intersection, the engine in the car failed and is now basically shot, our mechanic explained that it would cost more to fix the engine then it would cost to just fully replace it! finally we were able to reach Rafael, he explained that he would see what he could do and that he would be in touch with her by the end of the day, needless to say it has been a month and just today after 150 calls, 100 messages, lies, deceit, manipulation, and just plain old B.S.! Albert, a manager there told me that Amid the owner said sorry, there is nothing we are going to do! Finances are tough for everyone right now and the $6,000 down payment was a big chunk of money that my wife and I worked very hard to save, not to mention Tow trucks and rental cars! This is the probably one of the toughest lessons I've learned. I wanted to take this time to write this review and VIGOROUSLY plea to ANYONE who may be thinking of dealing with or purchasing a vehicle from Florida Fine Cars PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware that you are dealing with PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS!!! These people and this company represent the lowest, most disgusting, deceitful, and horrific people in the business! If there is anyone else who has had the unfortunate experience of dealing with these thieves please email me at: auraboss@yahoo.com My Father who is a senior partner of a large law-firm is helping me pro-bono and we are looking to file a class action lawsuit only to help protect other hard working Americans!
