An alert for anyone interested in buying cars from this Dealer!!
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET ALL ITEMS and CAR PARTS INSPECTED, because once you are out of their lot, you're done!! This people are mischivious, misleading and very smooth, until you sign your check everyone will be nice to you!! Pay attention for all items missing in your car, manuals, keys, make sure the tires are not "fixed" and there is nothing hidden, look careful as they "disguise" things so you won't notice problems until is too late!!!
Once you take the car out of their lot YOU'RE DONE and they assume NO RESPONSIBILITY, perhaps will even ACCUSE YOU like they accuse me for their faults. We bought an SUV and before payment issue they promissed us that we will get the items missing "later", since was a friday afternoon, they said for us to come back monday morning for the missing items (manuals, xtra-keys, Nav. CD). For my surprise upon arriving back at the dealer "NO MORE NICE GUYS", i've been told that i purchase car used AS IS, if there was anything missing, was my problem. They did not have any item to give me and was not their problem once i SIGNED FOR AS IS. after driving away approximatelly 1 hour, i was home and upon a better inspection I found out that one of the back tires was "ripped" on the side, a gap of 2 inches. The manager, Mr. Alfredo said that "perhaps was done by us" since we walked out of the lot and did not noticed that, he would assume no responsibility as the car was ours now, best he could do was sell me a new tire at their cost!
After i asked Mr. Alfredo about the navigation system, he looked on computer and CONFIRMED to us on his office that CAR COMES WITH NAVIGATION SYSTEM, however, 2 days after i bought the car, i found out that car DID NOT HAVE NAV.SYSTEM, that is why there was NO CD available for navigation...
But he said on monday that the car was simply "wired for navigation", he did not realize that, just in case if i decided to buy later...
Can you believe how misleading and deceiving this people are. As Another victims mentioned in a complain from last month THEY ARE REAL SCAM ARTISTS.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL, i do not recommend this place to anyone!!! It's a rip-off.
This place is full of SCUMBAGS appearing to be nice guys, until you pay them, then you will discover their true colors!!! MISLEADING COWARDS.
