I sent an African Violets arrangement to one of my best friends for her birthday. I know she really likes them so I thought her response when she got them a bit odd so I asked for a picture. The arrangement deli vered looked absolutely nothing like African violets and were in fact fresh flowers when I had specifically ordered plants. I contacted Flower Shopping and they were wonderful. They agreed that the arrangement wasn't even close and offered me options. I chose to have African violets delivered and they were, the next day and at no extra cost to me! Thanks Flowershopping.. That was great customer service. We can't always have perfect going out the door but you walked the extra mile to be sure it was resolved well!
