My experience was the worst service ever. An error in re-keying a set of locks required 7 different trips to your facility to correct. I delivered 5 locks with master keys to rekey sub key set. After installing locks on doors, I found that old key continued to operate the lock.
I returned to have 5 locks rekeyed. The clerk acknowledged the error on the second trip. Looking at the old key and the new key; He stated that odds of randomly rekeying to the identical code were huge. However, when I returned to pick up the locks they had refused to rekey because the locks were not the same. The locks were spare locks identically keyed as the original set. To the point that the newly made key operated them.
On the third attempt, the original sets of locks were delivered to be re-keyed. The clerk stated that he did not appreciate me trying to have 10 locks keyed. I explained that thus far no locks have been keyed differently. He then tried old key in the lock and said that it did not work. However, I opened three lock in front of him with the old key before he agreed to re-key them. The original request was performed in less than thirty minutes and was now going to take 2 hours. Not to my surprise, the locks were not ready after more than 2 hours.
I removed and replaced the locks three separate times; and in excess of 23 hours for a 30 minute task.
