TrustLink helped to resolve an issue I was not able to resolve with Experian Credit Services. Experian began charging me for a credit monitoring service that I did not ask for when I tried to pull my credit report with them. This credit monitoring service was $17.95 per month. I called Experian to try to resolve this on my own and received nothing but a run around. They would not refund it since I did not call them right away. My husband had the same thing happen to him and he called the same day, they still would not refund his money either. TrustLink promptly resolved the issue with Experian and was able to get a refund of my entire charge of $17.95 from Experian. Thank you so much for your help in this matter.
