I have been enrolled in their program since Feb. 2010. I received a lawsuit from one of the creditors, so I hired a lawyer to represent me since Freedom Debt Center cannot represent me. I am expecting multiple lawsuits from other creditors so, I cancelled my enrolment with Freedom Debt Center and requested for a full refund of the amount I have deposited to them. I was refunded only $1,235.30 out of the $9,520.60 that I have deposited to them. I was told the rest is a non-refundable administrative fee.
I am now in the process of filing Chapter 13 backrupcy.
I think this company ripped me off!!!
