I purchased a replacement remote for my television, becuase my original remote was stepped on and broke. I purchased the remote in the middle of July, I recieved it almost a month later, and it was the wrong remote. I called customer service, they sent another remote. Again it was the wrong remote for this tv. So, I requested they send the CORRECT remote, and they tell me to send the remotes back to them at MY Cost. I was charges $10.00 for the remote & $6.00 for shipping. I still do NOT have the correct remote for my Teleivision. It is now the middle of September.!
