" WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE'S FROM THIS PATHETIC DEALERSHIP"
The utmost worst service department ever, They are very nice and helpful until you purchase the vehicle, Then no one knows anything, I purchased a Used 2018 Ford Escape and they were supposed to inspect the vehicle every 30k miles to cover the warranty, They canceled 2 times due to Covid-19, Sent me an email stating they canceled for the 3rd time and they would contact me, They never contacted me, I took my car in to confront them why they never contacted me, Just to be told by the service guy Tim Craft, Who had no kind of customer service skill whatsoever, That since I was over the 30k miles, Which was no fault of mine, Had voided the whole warranty, Asked for the service manager, He was not there, Went to the sales dept, The manager there, said " I don't know anything" totally uniformed, Unprofessional tool, I asked that clown for the General manager, And he was not there either. WARNING DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE'S FROM THIS PATHETIC DEALERSHIP.
