BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICY

I called and emailed this company to order for my flower girls dresses and i need a little assistance with measurements a checking if they had them available but they never answer the phone or emails. They have business hours are from 9:00 thru 6:00 from
Monday thru Friday. I took a risk and purchased the dresses. First of im not happy with the dresses poor quality. Second they have a strict policy you have to call within 3 days but i tried since i got the dresses but they never got back to me. one of my dresses
was to big for my flower girl. Its been a week and i haven't heard back from them. Now my wedding is 2 weeks a away and i am stuck with a dress that doesn't fit my flower girl. I will make sure i spread the way his company handles there customers. WARNING
THIS COMPANY HAS BAD SERVICES THEY NEVER ASSIST YOU THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE A PHONE LINE OR EMAIL IF THERE NEVER GOING TO HELP CUSTOMERS. NEVER WILL PURCHASE FROM YOU AGAIN
