Do all your due diligence before purchasing a property through them. I unfortunately bought 2 properties from them at once. They bait you with these "too good to be true homes". I received cunningly great service from them up until I closed on the properties.
They claimed a few false statements on both properties. On one property, a duplex, they noted that the tenants have been great tenants of 2 years and 5 years. After closing, I found out for myself that the "2 year tenant" was actually a 5 month tenant that hasn't been paying rent and I ended up having to evict after the first month. They noted that the other property needed cosmetic remodeling and it were to be finished 2 weeks after closing. 3 weeks after closing and I learned no one has been at the property since. This "2 week remodel" ended up taking 5 months. For BOTH properties, they referred me to TERRIBLE property management companies that they claimed were great but has costed my time, more money, and patience. It has taken me 5 months to clean up this mess Global Investments Inc put me in. I had such a terrible experience with them that I do not even wish my worst enemy deal with them.
