DO NOT USE THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!
I wish I had read all of these reviews prior to going to them. But they did sound like nice people when I came in contact with them. I called them becuase I seen an ad on craigslist for a Single Family home that I was intrested in, I called and I came accross a guy named Anuar he said I can go see the propery and then let him know if I like it or not. My husband and I went saw it and like it, I then called him back and told him that we where instrested and he advise us to go into his "office" in where we had to fill out the application and pay the fee of $195, so we did I honestly believed him due to the fact that he actually released the address to us and when we went to view it it was empty no one was living there. We went filled out the application paid the fee and he provided us with 5more listing of properties for us to go view and we where told that by that evening we will get a call from the owner of the property so we can view the house from the inside. We didnt receive a call this was saturday. Come Monday I called them and I spoke with Anuar and he said that he thought someone called me and I said no then he transfer me to their "Customer Service Department" in which that girl adviced that she had not gotten a call back from the owner that she was working on calling him again and will call me back. She never did I called her back 2hours later and she had the same excuse I called back again 2hours later and the same excuse come tuesday I looked them up online to get reviews and was shock on all the negative reviews and upset at myself for falling for their Lies! I then called the girl again and asked about the property and then she told me that the owner had already rented the place out to another applicant, I was UPSET I seriously went off on her and told her. The entire purpose of you paying the fee is for them to hold the property for you NEVER did they say that other agencies also advertise the property.I right away called my bank and told them about it and thankfully they credit my money back to my account but now they are looking into this and I am also going to file a suit against them. I advise other people to PLEASE not to go there, trust me if I would have gotten the Name of this stupid agency I would have done my research but since I like the house and wanted to move out to have my kid their own back yard I didnt even bother to check them out. Please dont use them they will take your money and I am just hoping that I fet my refund which I doubt from what some of the reviews that I've read said.
