Liked their site as it promised great things. However, customer service is non-existent. Their 'live chat' promises that someone will get back to you in 2 hours or less - not exactly "LIVE".
I have been trying to get someone to contact me for over 2 days now. I have a critical flyer that needs to go out and there are some things that don't seem to work on their site.
I have also sent emails to from their parent company website and no response. I have called their phone number (which took me forever to find as they don't list that on their websites - I only got it through the better business bureau site) - still, no response.
I have spent a lot of time editing my flyer, etc. and now they have my credit card payment but no one will assist me to get this flyer sent when it needs to be sent. I will probably have to go to another company and start all over. NOT HAPPY!!!
