I had requested a one time credit report for a $1.00 charge. This was on 1/10/11, a fewdays later I noticed I was charged $19.95 as a recuring charge. I sent an e-mail to them asking that this be removed and refunded. This was on orabout 1/18/11. As of today I have received no reply, I would like to take care of this before another billing goes through
