Contrary to some of the reviews below, I called Jeff at Gomez Heating about 10:00 AM this morning and had an execellent experience. I have done some checking and received estimates from three different companies and I thought the prices quoted were very high. I saw their ad in the Register for a full heating and a/c system replacement (American Standard - 3 ton) for $3,599. When I spoke with Jeff, I told him I just wanted specific information about the system. He listened to me, answered my questions, determined that I didn't need a larger system and said that the price in the paper is exactly what I would pay. He came to the house at 10:45 AM, went over the estimate and he looked at the existing 25 year old system. It was exactly what he said on the phone. I signed the contract and within 45 minutes the installation crew was at the house and completed the job in the 2 hours that Jeff said it would take. The very helpful installers showed me how to use the digital thermostat and off they went. I couldn't be happier. It was very refreshing to have this process go so smoothly. I would highly recommend Jeff and Gomez Heating and A/C.
