Worst Customer Service Ever!!

I had called this company to come out at my home for a/c ductwork replacemnt estimate. They advertise that its a free estimate so we thought it wouldn't hurt to get an estimate. The next thing we find out that the company's general manager rolls in to his brand new Mercedez and bring his bag. The guy didn't even bother to check the Attic area unless we asked him. Then this guy pulled out the credit application and he wanted me to sign the application and make the sale and he wanted me to get the service done the same day. When I told him that i needed sometime to think, he started to insult me by suggesting that I am stupid not take this deal. This guy is pure sales man and i would not want to do business with him in my lifetime. Be aware!!
