I had Gomez install a central ac unit this year. They did not fill out the permit correctly and the inspector would not sign off. I left messages for them and no response. I had to perform the necessary modifications as instructed by the inspector. 5 months later Gomez wanted the remaining balance for the install. I informed them that would be fine just that the amount I sent making the corrections would need to be deducted. They refused and threatened to put a lien on my house. Now I have to take them to small claims court. What a drag. do not use this company.
