The individuals who answered the phone for this company are arrogant to say the least. The individuals I spoke to were in fact down right rude and have no clue that they depend on customers, not the other way around.
Jeff is the first person I spoke to. He asked me some questions about my A/C needs and proceeded to give me a quote over the phone without providing any information about the brand of the A/C, the warranty, or any other pertinent information about the quote. He also made the statement that "you failed the phone interview!" as though I was looking for a job. Jeff proceeded to hang up without saying so much as a good bye.
Intrigued, I called back and spoke to Mark. He accused me of not being savvy enough to recognize a "good deal" and did not want to spend any time providing details on the quote. It appears that these two individuals think they have enough customers knocking on their doors so they don't need to bother with providing any necessary information for customers to make an informed decision.
While I was tempted by the price quote, the way these individuals handled my inquiries is very disconcerting and did not provide the comfort level that they have customers' best interest in mind. I do not feel I can trust this company at all.
