I really don't have any of the complaints that I have read but with my experience with them has been great and I love their work. I tried going local and Gotprint is still cost effective. They have worked with me when I called customer service to see if I can get an order changed. There has only been a few times when my order did not make it at the time that I was expecting and that was due to me having to make last minute changes and not understanding the turnover process. I am a graphic design and when my designs look just like what I created and cost effective they are a keeper. Watching the videos on Youtube helped me a lot to understand their process of what it takes to do the job that they do everyday. Thank you Gotprint for great work!
