Unclear directives on the website led to numerous emails (after they accepted payment) of error after error, uploading images 4 separate times and speaking with two service reps? Finally after confirming all was good on my last submission, I get another email telling me there is a fine line on the submission and they need me to upload the image a 5th time. I asked if they could not fix it on their end, just cancel the order. It was cancelled without any attempt to fix or rectify the situation or an apology. Not a good way to conduct business
