My experience with this company is more of a nightmare. My husband and I paid them over $3000.00 dollars to help us modify the loan in our home. When I was briefed on the work they do, they led me to believe they were going to represent me and my husband until the end.
REALITY: The people who began the process were out of the company before I could even talk to them. I submitted my documents on FEB 2009 and the bank received them until April 2009. I had a difficult time getting someone on the phone. When I did get customer service, they were so rude, I was afraid to call and provoke retaliation against us and/or poor representation which we already had. One of the agents would get upset if I asked the same question more than once.
They did not like me calling to get updates, but when I did, they would give me different information than what the bank was telling me. When I finally reached a resolution with the bank, it was something ridiculous. I spoke to the attorney and told him this resolution was bad and unacceptable. This would eventually cause us to lose our home and put us in more debt. He said to think about the money I would save now not the debt I would have later. (He thought he was dealing with a moron).
They are misleading and they do not care about the customer. Once they take your money, you can forget about any help. You will be lucky if you ever hear from them. My process with them was seven long months, seven months of extreme stress and problems at home that almost led us to divorce.
We found an organization that helped us free of charge and had a resolution for us in one (1) day. Bank approval and everything.

Re: Response to Complaint to TrustLink by ‘Alicia H.’
To Whom It May Concern:
On or about October 12, 2009 “Alicia H.” filed a complaint with the TrustLink (a copy of which is enclosed for your reference) in connection with her loan modification. This letter constitutes Griswold and Agdeppa, A.P.C.’s (G&A) response to the above-referenced complaint.
Based on the name stated in the complaint, we cannot conclusively “identify” the purported client identifying him or herself as “Alicia H.” Nonetheless, while we are bound by rules of confidentiality we can speak generally about the terms and conditions of our Resolution Services Agreement that all of our clients sign prior to representation by our office. Our Resolution Services Agreement provides: “Resolution Services shall be deemed completed upon the earlier of submission of Client’s loan modification package to the beneficiary holding a security interest in Property.” Based on the statement, it appears there was a modification submission that occurred, a modification obtained and a modification accepted. G&A tries to achieve the best possible resolution for all of its clients. According to the complaint, it appears Ms. Alicia H. accepted the modification. Based on our Resolution Services Agreement, we complied with all services and conditions listed in our agreement.
G&A tries to provide the best possible service to our clients. While the process of a modification takes some time, sometimes taking months to process, we try our best to provide constant updates to our clients based on the information lenders provide to us.
